As I take out my car from the covered parking the thought of driving through the roads before reaching the ring road seems to be quite pleasant.  However since past 2 days it has been very pathetic.  I dont mind if the traffic movement is slow.  But the most irritating fact is that those who seem to be educated, either in car or scooter or motorcycle block the road for the traffic coming from the opposite direction.  When you ask them why they are doing this they show their watch that it is late.  I don't know whether they expect to fly over all those on the road.  Or is that by blocking the road they think that they get a better chance to move than those who are patiently waiting behind other vehicles on the right (correct) side of the road.  All these are happening for several reasons.  Firstly they know that there is no punishment.  Secondly if they are going to be punished the fines are affordable.  Therefore we can see that there is no impact on those who are breaking the rules and causing trouble to others. One has to come out with proper action on those who are voilating that they dont dare to do it again.  What can that be ?
